Jolt Respects Your Privacy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Jolt Software, Inc. collects, receives, uses, stores, maintains, processes and discloses information, as well as the rights in determining what we do with the information collected from users (each individually a “User” or collectively “Users”) of the jolt.com website, connected digital devices and related products and services (collectively the “Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Jolt Software, Inc.
Jolt Software, Inc. is responsible for the processing of your personal information when you interact with our website, services and products (“”Sites and Services””) as well as mobile applications.
This Privacy Notice also covers our collection, use and disclosure of personal information that we collect through our service. The use of information collected through our service is limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our client has engaged Jolt Software, Inc.

Users may be asked for, as appropriate, first and last name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information. Users can always refuse to supply personal information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We may disclose both personal information, as well as share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal information regarding visitors and Users, with our business partners, trusted affiliates, third party service providers, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
